Its original engine and transmission have been removed and professionally converted to a twin plug 3.6 engine and 1980’s 915 with LSD. There has been a ton of money spent on this car and it is dialed in ready to be driven. This is a very fast car being so light and having such a big engine installed. This chassis has 162,000, however the 3.6 engine has about 65,000. Exterior: This car has a solid rust free chassis. This car has real steel 930 flares added to the rear and fenders in the front. The conversion was done very nicely. It has the update European H4 headlights. The paint is in good shape, however it is peeling just on the driver side door. I have attached several pictures of it. Interior: This car is fitted with its original interior, gauges, dash, targa top etc. A very nice bolt in roll bar has been added. It has a working radio, all gauges work, etc. Engine/Transmission/Oil Cooler: This car has a 1992 964 3.6 engine professionally installed. This engine fires right up and sounds great. It is a very strong, tight, excellent performing engine. It has a mid 80’s 915 LSD transmission installed that shifts very smoothly through all 5 gears. It has an updated Mocal oil cooler located in the front. There is a stainless steel headers, muffler and exhaust components that make this engine sound excellent. Wheels/Suspension: This car has its original 6x15 Fuchs wheels. The tires are very good. The suspension has been updated and is firm. Overall: This is a great chance to get into an early excellent running targa with a hot rod engine. The previous owner put some serious money into making this car and it would be a great chance to have a daily driver, use the drivetrain on your car, or have some upcoming summer fun with.
