You are bidding on a very clean and very well serviced and maintained 1998 Chevy Regency conversion van with power-opening rear doors and a Braun Millennium wheelchair lift. This van has only 113,650 miles on it. It is powered by the dependable 5.7 liter V-8 engine and automatic overdrive transmission. Carfax verifies the clean title and actual mileage on this one (click the CARFAX emblem below the see the entire report for free). PLEASE LOOK AT THE 98 PICTURES I HAVE POSTED OF THIS VAN. Hint: if you scroll thru the small pictures and click on one, it will replace the large picture. This van has NO paintwork, NO body damage and NO rust on it. It has been in Oklahoma and North Texas, it's entire life. It has also been garage kept since 2001 at the very least. The owner from 2001 until now was meticulous with this van and it shows. Just look at how shiny and bright the paint is on this van. You will have to hunt to even find a minor scratch on it (I have had the couple I found touched up for you). The body is very straight as well, again you will have to hunt to find even a minor "door ding" on it. It's not a perfect van, but it's way way above average for the year and miles. Even the Michelin X Radial LT tires have about 90% tread left on them. They are wearing evenly and smoothly, with no issues. The interior of the van shows very little wear on it. There are no holes, tears or rips in the cloth bucket seats, carpeting or headliner. The van is set up with a wireless remote control to open the rear doors and operate the wheelchair lift. The previous owner mounted handholds along the inner roof to help himself transfer from his wheelchair to the front seat. Both center bucket seats are on quick release bases so that you can remove them if you want to park your wheelchair closer to the front. He had the driver's side second row seat removed and would park his chair there. The flooring has been covered with hard plastic covers since he purchased it in 2001. The carpet is in great shape underneath these covers. PLEASE NOTE: There is a red stain under the driver's side plastic, please look at pictures. I will try to remove these as best I can, but do not expect them to come out completely! He also installed rear parking distance sensors to aid in backing up the van and parking it. There are also controls for the lift and doors mounted inside the door you see on the rear driver's quarter panel. The lift and doors can also be operated by using controls mounted on the lift inside the van. The lift has been serviced and inspected by Lift-Aids here in the Dallas Area. THE ONLY REASON THIS VAN IS FOR SALE IS THE OWNER PASSED AWAY. The van has NEVER been smoked in.
I have had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic. He found it to be in good mechanical shape with only normal wear. I have had the filters, fluids and belts all inspected and serviced as needed. THIS VAN ACTUALLY NEEDED VIRTUALLY NOTHING AT ALL. It was that well maintained and it shows! We literally found nothing mechanical at all it needed (it had one fog light bulb needing to be replaced which we did and the power antenna does not go down, which we did not repair). It has NO leaks, NO drips, NO smoking and has no wobbles or shakes at 70 mph on the freeway. The transmission shifts out solidly and smoothly. All the power and electronic equipment work like new except the power anteann as noted. The air conditioning is ice cold and the heater warm and toasty. There are just no other known problems with this vehicle. I take pictures of all my vehicles as they are when they come to me. I don't detail them and shine them up to hide stuff in the pictures. The pictures of the underneath show you the normal road dust and the fact that there is NO RUST. I will have this one detailed and awaiting the winning bidder.
