1936 CHEVROLET STANDARDThe present owner is the third owner of the car. The car was used in Southern California for most of its previous life. It is a 1936 Chevrolet Standard two door sedan. It came with a radio and heater (not operational now). Except for the running boards, the car is practically rust free. The current owner has done work on the car in pursuing a complete restoration. But circumstances are such that the owner is unable to complete the restoration. Prior to the start of the restoration the engine was brought back to running condition, and the car was drivable. The following is a list indicating what restoration work the owner has completed to date: Radiator has be re-cored by a local radiator shopThe fuel tank has been cleaned and repaired by a local radiator shopThe engine generator have been rebuiltThe engine has a new water pumpThe engine has a new fuel pumpAs shown in the photos, the fenders, nose cowling, light buckets, and rear trunk lid have been blasted and primedNew brake cylinders have been installed on all four wheelsA new master brake cylinder has been installedFloor panels over master brake cylinder and transmission Not all car parts are shown in the photos. When the car is picked up by the successful bidder, such parts will be provided as part of the sale. These parts include the steering wheel, seats, door locks, door hinges, window regulators, front headlight buckets, tail light, window visors, interior steel window mouldings, and other lesser items. Most of these parts have been bagged (in some cases including bolts and/or screws) and tagged for easy identification. Vehicle is located near Lodi, California and is available for inspection
