This was purchased in Arizona in 2005, where it was from the time it was new. There is some surface rust now and a couple of small dents. It needs new canvas, a rubber seal around the top, and a front table base. The vinyl liner on the inside of the sliding door is partly missing and needs replaced. The underside of the pop-up top is mildewed. The air conditioner, the water pump and handle for sink, & the fridge don't work. The heater controls need work. It burns about one quart of oil every 60 miles- I assume the rings are the problem, but I don't know. I drove it around the area & camped in it this summer, and it was last driven into town a couple of months ago with no problem starting and driving. I have a good German mechanic who has kept it maintained, but I'm ready for something bigger. If you buy this- assume it needs a paint job, and the engine torn apart to repair the oil issue. It is drivable now and inspected until the end of April 2013.
