We reserve the right to relist or sell the vehicle to a qualified buyer in the event that the winning bidder does not pay. We also reserve the right to sell the vehicle to the second highest bidder if the winning bidder does not contact us within 24 hours of the close of the auction. DEPOSIT The successful bidder/winner will submit a deposit of $1000.00 within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. The deposit may be paid via major credit card over the phone. Full payment must be made within 3 days. We do not accept PayPal. PAYMENT METHODS We accept cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or financing in place before bidding on the vehicle. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of vehicle. FEES ALL VEHICLES SOLD ON EBAY WILL HAVE A $164.30 DOCUMENT FEE/SERVICE FEE COLLECTED. This fee documentation and paperwork costs, DHL fees, vehicle prep and administrative costs. TAXES All buyers who residents of the state of ILLINOIS will be required to pay sales tax at their county rate. An out of state buyer who chooses to pick up their vehicle from the lot will be required to pay sales tax according to their state.
