HAS BRAND NEW 2 STAGE PROFESSIONALLY DONE URETHANE PAINT. I REPAINTED THE BIKE BECAUSE I DIDN'T LIKE THE ORIGINAL BLACK COLOR THAT ALWAYS LOOKED DIRTY. LOOKS LIKE A NEW BIKE NOW WITH THESE COLORS.
