If you want to see a perfect example of an excellent bike, look at this one. This is a 1994 Honda CB1000 which also goes by the name "The Big One". It is a naked sport bike and was made for only 2 years (1994 and 1995). This bike is in excellent shape and has less than 2800 miles (not 28K, less than 3K)! This "Big One" was neglected with fuel varnishing the tank and fuel supply line. Luckily, it was stored indoors and has been completely refreshed, restored, and works great. It has a new petcock system, additional fuel filter, and fuel lines. The tank was removed, boiled, professionally restored, professionally painted and looks BEAUTIFUL. The carburetors were professionally cleaned, adjusted, and balanced. Every single carburetor o-ring was replaced and new jets were installed. This thing now screams! All the rest of the bike is original. Brakes are perfect and all lines have been bled. Hydraulic clutch is perfect and has just been bled. Cooling system professionally cleaned, pressure tested and fluids changed. New oil and filter (duh). New battery. New air filter. New spark plugs. Seat perfect. Original owners manual and tools included. Chain inspected, lubricated, and is in perfect shape. Tires and wheels are great. The original shipping plastic is still on the front forks! This thing is just plain pretty. No deep scratches and no cracked plastics. Of course it has a clean Illinois title in my name. I will deliver in an enclosed trailer for $50 in the Chicago-land area. I will also deliver within 100 miles of 60174 for $350 or within 200 miles of 60174 for $500. Of course, the bike doesn't move until all the funds have cleared. Here is a video of a walk around.
