This vehicle is being sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY! The vehicle was seized by the Frederick County (MD) Narcotics Task Force in July of 2011 and is being auctioned per policy. There is no "Buy it Now" price because the seized vehicles must be sold auction style. The vehicle was garage kept for a period of time during the "impounding" until it was moved to an open impound lot a few months ago. At the time of the seizure, the vehicle was being operated and appeared to run fine. The battery is dead from not being used for over a year but it is believed everything else works fine. HOWEVER, we are cops, not mechanics so if you would like to look at this, please let us know. The vehicle is a 2002 Jaguar X Type 3.0. It has black leather seats, automatic windows, seats and door locks along with auto mirror adjustments and cruise control. The front seats are heated. The back seats fold down to give access to the trunk area or for hauling long items. There are back up sensors on the vehicle as well. The vehicle had a factory installed multi disc CD player built in to the trunk area but it is missing (see pictures). It also has a spare tire with what appears to be an original tire in the trunk area. The vehicle has an electric open sunroof, digital radio and digital odometer. The rims on the vehicle are DaVinci's. I googled the company and they appear to be custom made wheels from the UK and look expensive. The tires are Fullway HP 198 (225/40ZR18 92WXL). They are a low profile and sell for about $100 each new. There are also 3 "spare" tires on DaVinci rims but these tires are Falken Ziex's. There is damage on these rims. The only obvious damage to the vehicle is some peeling paint on the hood and some other damage to the hood above the passenger side headlights. There are pictures of both included with the listing. There are small scratches in the paint but I believe they can be buffed out. The driver seat leather is a little worn as well but not torn. The vehicle has no lien and is currently titled to the Frederick County Sheriff's Office.
