I removed the old paint very carefully and found the original Orange paint still on the car. (I have plenty of photos of the body work showing the original Orange paint). All old paint was completely and carefully taken down to gel coat. The body panels, birdcage and all seams were inspected with no damage found. Car was sealed and then primed twice and block sanded. Still needs one more prime, touch up, and final block sand for the perfect finish - or touch up and paint it as-is and still have a better paint finish than when it was new.
