I have a 1971 Red VW Superbeetle for sale. It is a California car. It still has the smog pump tank under the rear drivers side fender. It is unhooked but the tank is still mounted. Also has a two groove crank pulley to add A/C. I dont need the car any longer that is why Im selling it. I drove it every day up to last week. The floor board has never been replaced or any rust in them or the car.The following new parts that come with the car for the interior are: White sun visors with mirror White headliner Black 7pc carpet set Black rear carpet behind rear seat Black door panels Steering wheel Since I had the car I have put the following parts on the car: New rims and tires Coil over rear shocks Gas Cap Glove box liner Flasher switch Aluminum valve covers Breather box attches to the valve covers so it wont expend the seals and get rid of back pressure Ignitor ( Take place of the points ) Battery Wipers Other parts I have are: Stock rims and hubcaps with NEW tires Push rod tubes ( Spring Type ) Engine Gasket Kit Box of misc. Parts Extra wiper blades The pics show where paint is cracked and missing. The car is in real great shape for the year. It is a semi automatic which means it shifts without a clutch. The is no rust and it drives great. The heat works real well in the car. If you pump the car three times it will start up and run. Then it will come off of high idle. It was my daily driver.
