I also will not send additional pictures. You are welcome to view it in person before bidding. Here is your chance to own a rare and hard to find 1959 Chevrolet One Ton Panel Truck! These are almost impossible to find in original condition with straight uncut sides. Almost every one I've seen has had window cut into it or the original engine removed. This truck is original down to the very hard to find 17.5 wheels. And Coker Tire is now finally reproducing those tires! I purchased this truck about a year ago in Philadelphia and brought it back to Michigan with the plans to restore it for my parts business. However I have recently located a very rare vintage crew cab and have decided to rebuild that instead. This truck is the Apache Style, although the one tons were not called that. I was told the truck was owned by a plumbing outfit and they only had a driver seat so they could put pipes all the way up. The engine turns over but I have not attempted to make it run. There are some boxes of assorted parts on the inside as well. The body has lots of dents along the rocker area, and some areas of rust concern. The frame appears solid. This truck has the original SM420 four speed transmission and Eaton 14 bolt rear axle. The tires hold air and it steers and rolls nicely. The body had been sanded and primed at one time and never finished, thus why the bleed through. It will need an entire restoration or turn it into a rat rod! I thought about repowering it with a Cummins 4bt. The dash is uncut and has the original radio delete. The mileage is unknown, the odometer says 42,000, but I'm sure it has rolled over. I will not sell parts from this vehicle. It is sold as is and complete. I thought this would make a cool Napco 4x4 clone as well! The title is clear and this is being sold as is where is.
