This is a fine example of the origin of sport four wheelers. "The "original" Quadracer. Sure to be a classic. If you are between the ages of 35-50 you certainly remember this iconic vehicle... It is adult owned and part of a collection of dirt and street bikes that have, but rarely have the time to ride. This Quad has been ridden but maintained, it is garage kept and only gets ridden few times a year. It runs, drives, and still looks great. It does need some some TLC. The engine is strong and starts easily, the top end was rebuilt in 2006 and all of the plastic "bodywork" has been replaced with a race style Mair plastics. It has not had many hours on it since. It does have scratches and wear everywhere that you would anticipate but the plastics clean up nice, It has a set of nerf bars that keep your feet safe and the wheels are aftermarket ITP wheels. The tires still have tread. The Rear shock has been replaced with a stock Raptor shock (direct fit) It could use brakes, and perhaps some bushings in the front end to improve the ride but it runs and drives as it is. It has an aftermarket exhaust and header. The header has a small air leak at the mount. (This can be welded or the pipe replaced) Apparently this is common on these bikes, but the replacement parts are surprisingly still readily available. Let me know if you have any questions.
