This is a GREAT example of the Beauty and Style of the Mercedes Benz automobiles in the 60's. We just purchased this BEAUTY from the previous owner who has owned the car since 2004 and according to him it only has 79,527 ACTUAL - ORIGINAL KILOMETERS (49,416 MILES) SINCE BRAND NEW !! Please note the picture below of the working factory original odometer. This Mercedes Benz 220SEB Two Door Hardtop is a NICE - DRY - SOLID - Washington State - Idaho High Mountain Desert - western vehicle and it shows !! In my opinion your not going to find much nicer original floors than the ones on this BEAUTY !! I drove this car for the last week as my every day driver to and from the office and running errands as needed and I can assure you it runs and drives WELL. It also still retains its correctly mounted ORIGINAL Mercedes-Benz radiator shroud support mounted data and vin plates both shown in several pictures below. It has lots of get up and go and handles very well and is one of the funnest cars that I have driven lately !! This BEAUTY still retains its STRONG - APPEARS ORIGINAL - Mercedes Benz - 2.2 Litre SOHC - Inline Six cylinder motor in it that is running well and also the motor still retains its FACTORY ORIGINAL Bosch Indirect Fuel Injection system. Sounds good too with the nearly new factory style exhaust system with a chrome tip. The engine is backed by a SMOOTH four speed MBZ manual transmission and a BRAND NEW Professionally installed clutch which also functions well. The Camel Cloth and Saddle Tan interior is in NICE condition with NICE Camel Cloth and Saddle Tan front bucket seats, VERY NICE Camel Cloth and Saddle Tan rear seat with a fold down center armrest, NICE ORIGINAL hand made Wood / Camel Cloth / Saddle Tan center console and armrest, GOOD Camel carpeting, NICE ORIGINAL Mercedes Benz steering wheel, GOOD matching Camel Cloth and Saddle Tan door panels, GOOD ORIGINAL Hand Made Wood dash, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Tan sunvisors, GOOD ORIGINAL Tan headliner and VERY NICE ORIGINAL gauge clusters including a Kilometer Speedometer and factory Tachometer. The glass is all good however the windshield has a small crack in the lower passenger side at the bottom and is not in the line of vision. This vehicle is in nice mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well. It is solid with respect to the overall mechanical condition as well as the overall cosmetic impression. Again in my opinion your not going to find much nicer original floors. We prefer a bank to bank wire transfer as payment for the car but we will also accept a bank cashiers check (US only) or a third party check but we will validate the checks authenticity and the funds must clear our account before the vehicle or the title to the vehicle is released to the buyer or the buyers agent.
