Vehicle Detail
I purchased this Impala wagon a few years ago with the intention of restoring her, but things have changed, so I'm letting her go. Most of her body is in good shape, including the floors and along the bottom of those long rear windows on both sides, which is where all of these wagons rust, however, both front fenders and the hood have rust through, along with a spot along the lower edge of the left rear quarter panel. Otherwise, the car has a new tinted windshield, the rest of the glass is in good shape and, other than the rear tailgate window that won't roll down and a parking brake that won't release, most everything else is in working order. This includes all of the lights, the turn signals, the horn, the wipers, the heater, defrost fan, gauges, etc. Also, the tires are nearly new, I have all the missing trim, the back seat and the original roof rack and I've added a new water pump and high performance starter, but the rest of the car is in the same shape as she was when I got her. Even though she'll need a complete cosmetic restoration, including the interior, the best part is that she has a very strong 350 motor and a rebuilt, quick shifting, 350 Turbo transmission, so you could drive this car pretty much daily while you work on her.On Jan-18-13 at 11:00:48 PST, seller added the following information: BTW: I forgot to mention that there are back registration fees due on this car of about $192.00.
