Vehicle Detail
This fun little '29 Model A is ready for a new home. It is currently running and driving. A clear title is on hand and the sedan is available for worldwide shipment. Fresh out of long term storage this clean looking sedan is said to have been one family owned. Being restored around 1993 gives this car great curb appeal and could make a very nice driver. Below is a few more details and many pictures for your review. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have or let us know if there something we left out. This sedan is sporting what looks to be a stock grey/green and black two-tone paint job. The paint is not mint but looks good for a driver. There no major blemishes or dents but there are scuffs and nicks here and there. The body is solid and there no signs of rot. This car is all original Henry Ford steel. The sedan still runs a stock 3.3 litre flathead four "banger" engine. It was said to be rebuilt at some point but the milage is unknown. It appears to be stock with the exception of a modern oil filter system. This little "banger" fires right up, idles smooth and does not smoke or miss. The engine is backed by the original 3 speed manual transmission. The comfortable interior was redone with LeBaron Bonney upholstery. It is free from major damage, looks and feels great. While the car does not have much chrome what is there (headlights and grill) still has a nice shine to it. The bumpers were painted silver at the time restorartion. The sedan handles well for as old as she is especially considering it is running on bias-ply tires. There steering is tight and there is no death wobble when driving. The stock mechanical brakes are in good working order. All the glass in the sedan is in good condition for it's age, no major cracks or chips. All windows roll up and down freely. The car's 6 volt wiring is in good condition. The car charges, headlights, tialight, and brake light are in working order. A new 6 volt battery was just installed. The sedan rolls on stock 21" wire wheels. The wheels are wrapped in Firestone 4.75/21 "Gumm Dipped" Black Wall bias-ply tires at all four corners and a rear mounted spare is included as well. Overall this little sedan looks and runs good for its age. This not a show car but when you drive it down the street people act like it is. If you do not like attention this may nbot be for you. The sedan comes with clear Oregon title. The VIN number onn the title matches Oregon State body tag. Please view the numerous pictures we have provided so you can get an idea of its condition.
