This vehicle is being sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY by the Frederick County (Maryland) Narcotics Task Force. The vehicle was part of a seizure several years ago and has been sitting in our impound lot ever since. It is a 1995 Jeep Wrangler with a black "hard top" that can be removed. The Task Force has never used the vehicle nor driven it so we cannot advise on the mechanical condition of the vehicle. It did run at the time of the seizure. We attempted to start the vehicle in the past, however it would not start. When attempting to start the vehicle, there is an odor of gasoline leading us to believe that there is something wrong with the fuel line preventing it from starting. Other issues with the Jeep include a dead battery from years of sitting, fading paint and small scratches, tires deflating and possibly dry rotted from years of sitting, rusted floor boards, and a ripped driver seat. There is no lien on the vehicle and it is currently titled to the Sheriff's Office. There is no "Buy it Now" price because we must sell it at auction because of seizure laws.
