Up for auction is my 2000 Jaguar XKR coupe and it breaks my heart to sell her but due to an unfortunate incident that involved me getting caught doing triple digits on the interstate I must sell my beloved XKR as part of my plea deal with my boyfriend. I love this car, drives excellent and is the best car I have ever driven. More power than anyone really needs as evidenced by a very costly ticket:) Comfortable on long drives, pure exhilaration for short jaunts. Engine sounds excellent, transmission shifts flawlessly and the entire car is in excellent running shape. Full synthetic oil was used for oil changes. No issues, the only warning light I get occasionally when it rains is the ABS light comes on which also is part of the traction control system. Intermittent problem, you can see in the picture there are no warning lights on. Tires are good, exhaust is great, just get in and go anywhere. If you want to fly in and drive it home you will have no problems. Items of note are the salvage title, I believe this is was a theft recovery as when we bought it was missing everything in the trunk, taillights, rear bumper and miscallaneous stuff out of the trunk including battery, dvd/gps, carpet etc. Replaced everything electronic and haven't had a problem since but it still needs the carpet. It does have some body damage on the rear of the car, you can see the damage in the pictures. Not bad and we have had 3 estimates and all were under $1500. Rear bumper was painted but doesn't exactly match the car even though the body shop that painted it swears it used the proper Jaguar paint. Climate control backlight doesnt work, digital display is fine it just doesn't glow at night. Power antenna stays up, motor still works as I can hear it when I start up and stop the car so something must have broken of internally as the motor is still good. This is one of the most beautiful cars on the highway and with a little body work she can be the gorgeous cat she wants to be.
