Vehicle Detail
Sold in the 1990 Barrett Jackson Auction for well over $25,000.00 This beauty has been kept under cover and in a garage ever since. She is Near Mint in condition. She has 62,262.9 Original miles. Her interior could stand to be cleaned and her headliner has a tear that would be easiest to fix I think by replacing. The cloth in the photo on her seat, is not covering anything bad, it is so the seat would stay clean when photos were taken. This all original one of a kind baby is a real Gift in deed! If you have not seen one of these cars, the only car Detroit ever made just for a woman, you need to take a look, she is something special. She even gets 12 miles to the gallon in town. The Le Femme Club of America has history on these one of a kind autos. Health forces sale, she is my baby. She is great fun to drive and a car show winner as well. Always cared for, you can not ask for a better way to fill your collection or to put a permanent smile on a special lady's face. She would be the ultimate gift for " Mom " . We also have the proper cloth for the head liner to be replaced with. The Le Femme was the only American Car ever made expressly for a Women! She has 62,262.9 original miles. I believe she needs attention, showing and driving that I can no longer give her. Antique Auto Insurance is very low and so is her maintenance. But this car will not be re-listed at a lower price if she does not sell. I will take that as a sign to keep her. She fits 6 large adults easily. Just so you fully understand, until last year we were up north and she was in a full garage ever since we bought her in 1990. We moved to Fla. last year and as you can see her garage is open air, we are in Ocala so not near salt water but I hate to take chances with something so perfect, just by not having a fully enclosed garage. As a woman myself, this car was the best gift I ever gave myself. You feel great pride and like you are a part of up beat history when you own and drive this classic. Because I had six small children we did add seat belts bolted to the frame in a way it did not de-value the car. You can leave them out of sight or take your kids alone and just pull them through the rear seat. If you do not want to see or use them, you leave them fully under the seat and they are safely out of sight. I can not say enough about how much we as a family, and myself as a woman have enjoyed this fine vintage car. Not only did I enjoy taking her to car shows and winning, I found she was a sales tool when I took her on my sales calls. She gets good attention and a ton of respect. You might say she has a following back north where we lived as a fund raising and parade car for breast cancer and other pink funds. Put her in your female based business and she becomes the most treasured and fun tax right off ever! Or if you are just a true car collector and want to finish out your collection with the car that is one of a kind, almost impossible to find and the only tribute to women Detroit ever offered, look no further! I have to have my daughter come up to take photos of her as I do not have a way to do it. The current photos would have been better but I was not home to drive her out from under the carport when my daughter stopped by for the last photos and her keys stay on me. Like I said she is my baby. If you need more photos I will try and get my child to drive up from Orlando to take them. May all of you have a very Blessed Day!
