PLEASE READ AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION
Here for your interest is a 2006 BMW 650I convertible.
The BMW is sold as a PROJECT CAR.
This 650I will need some TLC and several hours of work.
NOTE: Please refer to the pictures when at all possible while reviewing the description below.
Body and Paint:
I will say that the car needs a complete paint job. Every panel is scratched, cracked or poorly repaired and then painted.
Front bumper has a few scuffs and a cracks near the driver hedlight.
Left front fender is scratched where it meets with the driver door jam.
Driver door was repaired but painted poorly, door handle does not allign well and door also needs some adjusting.
Left quarter panel is showing cracks in the filler(bondo) that was previously used.
rear bumper has minor scuffs.
Right rear quarter panel has a scratch in the paint about 3 incehs squared in size.
Right door was repaired poorly and needs re-alignment where it meets with the fender.
Right fender has scratches where it meets with the right(passenger) door.
Hood has a few scratches and BMW emblem is damaged.
Both headlights and tail lights are in Proper working order.
Convertible top works fine.
The electric control for the door mirrors is not functional.
Right window will not allight with convertible top, if you close the door by pushing the window, it will allighn. Needs adjusting from the inside section of the door.
Interior:
I feel the interior can be repaird with minor effort:
Left(driver) door panel is damaged, there is a cut/scape in the leather on the upper part of the panel and it does not allign well with the door, i would just replace this panel.
Driver seat is a little yellowed from the sun and has a few holes on the upper backrest section and has slight whear on the left bolster edge.
Passenger seat is in decent enogh condition but could use a respray.
Right(passenger) door panel is damaged.
Right(passenger) rear panel has a few larger cuts.
Rear seats need only minor attention in my opinion, but could use a respray.
Glove box is missing the button that opens it.
GPS image does not allign with the screen
AIR BAG light is on
Tire pressure monitor is on, I believe all 4 wheels are missing the sensor.
SOS system is malfunctioning.
Mechanically:
Finally a few good words,
Engine and tranny work perfectly, very strong and powerfull V8, I did enjoy driving it several times.
If you are looking for a show car, please this is the one NOT for you.
If you have time & body work skills, you might save some money and get this good ride.
I did my best in describing this vehicle, please understand that there is a LOT of WORK that the car will need.
The BMW is currently registered and it can be driven anywhere, I am selling the vehcile for it's owner who does not have the time nor energy to finish the project.

The car has already passed all california safety inspection, it is currently registered with a rebuilt title (Califorina Salvaed Title)
