This car is equipped with the Fully Automatic Power Top, Premium Package, and the Cold Weather Package. The original Window Sticker of $43,595 is still in the glovebox. Also included are both sets of the Keys/Remotes, all of the Glovebox Manuals, and the full set of BMW Floor Mats. This 325 runs and drives beautifully. This vehicle has been very well treated and maintained, and this BMW is in excellent condition. We performed a safety inspection, as well as a maintenance service and road test on this BMW in preparation for sale. The engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts perfectly. The owner very recently installed a complete new set of premium Continental tires, which are still like new. The brakes are all in excellent condition, and the oil & filter and the air filter were just replaced. All of the power equipment in this BMW is working, including the power top and air conditioning. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. There aren’t any service warning lights on in this car. The Steel Blue Metallic exterior of this 325 is in beautiful condition with nothing other than some tiny stone nicks or superficial imperfections. The paint is super glossy and clean over the entire body. There aren’t any dents, scratches or body rust. The alloy wheels look almost like new. The undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition as well. The interior of this BMW is clean and has been very well maintained. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition with very little wear even on the driver side. The carpeting is fresh, clean and in excellent condition throughout this car. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in perfect condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
