1962 Mercedes 220S Type: 4 Door Sedan Year: 1962 Condition: Used Engine: Straight 6, Gas, Dual Carb. Engine Condition: The engine starts and runs, and the transmission shifts. I have driven it around my parking lot only. Car has air conditioning and the A/C works. Gearbox: 4 Speed Standard on the Column Title: Texas title clear. Title is in my name. Detail: This is a classic Mercedes for restoration. This is NOT a daily driver. Overall it is very solid. Floors: Front floor pans need to be replaced. Trunk side wells need to be replaced. Hood, front grill, and bumper chrome are all very good. Interior: Vinyl / leather cracks and restoration is needed, but 99% original and there. Door latches and windows work very well. Braking System: Original brake system and the brakes work. Glass: Windshield has wiper scratches, but overall the glass is very good. Wheels: Original 14" with hubcaps Misc: No radio. Overall this is a restoration grade project. It has value as the engine and transmion work and the car is 99% complete. It has various little dings, and some small parts missing, but it is impossible to name and show everything. We can provide additional pictures or answer questions. Additional photos of specific areas can be provided. Shipping to be arranged by the buyer. The buyer arranged shipping by car carrier means the carrier picks up the car at our warehouse. We will assist in loading and we will provide the carrier with the title and bill of sale. Local pickup is available after the transaction closes.
