I have my 1989 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am GTA for sale. It has 89k original miles on it. This is the only year for the GTA where they had the 5.7 V-8 350 with the T-Top option. This is in good condition and shows well. Most of the car is original but I have done improvements. The body and interior are in really good condition. Everything works like lights, windows, locks, pull down motor for hatch, air conditioning, and cruise. This also has the dual cats option which add 10hp and 10ft/lb. The car has almost every option available except for the leather. This also has 4-wheel disc and aluminum driveshaft with the 9-bolt Borg Warner posi rearend. All stock. I love this car but my priorities have changed and I am going to have to let it go. When driving you will get compliments and is a head turner. It is a really nice car! Improvements done... - Intake manifold on up has all new Felpro gaskets - New plugs, wires, rotor, cap - New Battery - Headlight motors have been rebuilt - New ceramic pads and calibers w/brake system flush on all 4's - Fluids new in engine (Mobile 1), trans, posi rearend (Lucas High Performace), coolant - Door, hatch and t-top seals have been replaced - Headliner, side skirts, visors have been replaced - 4 New Firehawk High Performance tires w/wnty - Alignment - New Trans mount - New Cat-back Stainless Steel Mandrel bent Magnaflow Exhaust (Sounds Awesome!) - New Kenwood Speakers There are little things that are not perfect with the car. The leather wrapped steering wheel needs recovered. There is a small tear in the side bolster of the drivers seat. The center console armrest needs to have the latch repaired. The body has a couple of chips in the paint that can be touched up. There is a small rust bubble on the passenger rear quarter. The antenna needs replaced. The air conditioning works great but the pressure sensor needs replaced and is currently bypassed. The spoiler has cosmetic issues as all of these GTA's do because of the material GM used. I am being overly picky here as this is almost considered an antique. I am selling this as-is. I know of nothing major wrong with it and your more than welcome to ask questions.
