This is one of the nicest we've seen regardless of model or model year. This 2007 GMC Yukon XL is in excellent condition inside and out, and its loaded. This GMC starts with the already well-equipped SLT model, and then adds t has over $5800 in factory options, including the 20"polished alloy wheels, 50/50 3rd row seats, remote start and the "2SLT" package (parking sensors, power pedals, heated front seats, Bose audio and a lot more) This Lifetime Florida Luxury oversized SUV is in excellent condition inside and out, it runs like new. It is very, very impressive. The exterior is in very nice shape. The paint shines like new all around. It looks kind of like a beige metallic or light pewter color, but it has a pearlescent effect to it. GM calls it 'Antique Bronze". There aren't any notable dents or dings on the body, and Carfax shows no accident history or any other problems. You can see the Carfax report by clicking here (Adobe Acrobat reader required). Exterior features include 20" polished alloy wheels, running boards, fog lamps, and roof rails with crossbars. It also has a tow package, including front tow hooks and rear receiver with power hookup. Sensors in the rear bumper are part of a system that alerts you if you get too close to an object while in reverse gear. The interior is in very, very good shape. The leather seats have no rips or tears. The dash, carpets, and door panels are also in very good condition. Both front seats have power controls, lumbar, and heat. The driver's seat has memory settings. There are also power adjust pedals, so anyone can find a comfortable driving position. The rear bucket seats are also in great shape. Rear passengers have their own A/C controls, along with secondary audio system controls. The second row seats fold down and tumble manually, or by using a switch above the driver. They reset to the upright position manually only (this is normal for GM SUV's, even on the Escalade). This Yukon also has the optional 50/50 3rd row seats. The can be folded or removed. The cargo area in the XL model can be enormous... just fold or remove the 3rd row seats, and fold the 2nd row. You could almost fit a Fiat or Mini Cooper in there. The liftgate is power operated. This Yukon XL SLT has some very nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; remote entry; remote start (also turns on the heat or A/C from a distance) tilt wheel ; Cruise control; auto dual-zone air conditioning; trip computer, and a whole lot more (see the chart at the top of the description) more. The driver information center displays systems status, vehicle settings, individual tire pressure readouts, and more. Safety features include dual air bags, curtain air bags, traction control, tire pressure monitoring and ABS. The BOSE audio system features a CD changer and XM radio, and it sounds fantastic. There is a HomeLink gate / garage opner, and auto rearview mirror with compass / temp display and OnStar. Overhead controls also include switches for the power liftgate and power folding 2nd row seats. The books, one master key and both remote key fobs are with the truck. The remote fobs can also start the vehicle and open and close the power liftgate. The 5.3 liter V8 is rated at 320 hp and 340 lb-ft or torque - it runs very, very well. Carfax shows accurate mileage and no problems. This vehicle is being driven, so mileage will be higher by the time the auction is over. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation.
