Its loaded with all the luxury features, good looks, and performance you expect from a world-class car. It has obviously been very well cared for throughout its life. This car has about $7700 in factory options, including the Tech package, Advanced Tech package, Aero kit and wood interior trim. This is a lifetime Florida car that has not been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. This exterior is in very, very good shape with no notable significant dents or dings. The paint shines all around. Infiniti calls this color Umbria gray, but it is not a straightforward gray color - it looks more like dark pewter or bronze. The aero kit includes sculpted side skirts and a rear lip spoiler. The seats are leather, and they are in excellent condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The BOSE audio system features 14 speakers, including 4 built in to the front seats. The automatic transmission can be shifted manually if you choose. The multi-function display shows audio and climate control system info, GPS navigation maps and information and more. There are daytime and nighttime map modes, 2D, bird's-eye and split-screen views. Bluetooth info is also displayed on the screen. The screen also acts as a monitor for the rear view camera. It will also be your movie screen... a DVD player is located in the center console. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute.
