Please contact me for more information before bidding... Thank you! I am listing this 1965 Mustang Coupe with about 181,000 miles, not on engine, for a very good friend of mine - he's like a mentor to me. He purchased this Mustang a few years ago because his wife liked the car very much, but she does not drive it and he has other project cars that he rather focus on. The truth is that no one is driving the car so he wants to see it go to a new home - someone that can enjoy it! He worked on this car for quite a long time, and spent good money on it. He did all the work including the body work, interior, new floors, etc. Let me just say that he's not a "Pro," he's just a person that likes to work on cars as a form of "therapy" if you catch my drift!! This Mustang looks better in pictures for the body is not totally straight and the paint finish has imperfections... Including some rust surface, etc. Don't get me wrong still looks pretty decent, but don't expect a show-car. He changed the floors (see photos), but I would undercoat them as soon as possible. He also replaced both rear quoter panels. I drove the car and it runs well, but it has a small exhaust leak. The steering has a lot of play, so I would say that it should be rebuilt. The Mustang also has a new A/C unit that he installed, but it recently stop working. He said that he would try to fix it before the new owner collects the vehicle because whatever it is should be minor. Does not have original engine, and he does not know how many miles on it... All he knows is that the engine's compression is good, etc. It has a 3 speed automatic transmission. Here's a list of most of the things that he purchased for this Mustang: • New tail lights• New interior, seats, door panels, carpets, and new dash pad• New floors• New rear quoter panels• New Tires• New shocks• New A/C unit • New Door handles for interior and exterior• Original Hubcaps • New radiator• Strong engine• and more! To sum it up, if you are looking for a clean Mustang then this one is worth its consideration. In my opinion, what this Mustang needs is a better paint job, for I believe that this Mustang can be taken to the next level with not too much effort. Thanks for looking and don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. This is a NO RESERVE LISTING, so this is a good opportunity to acquire a very nice 1965 Mustang. Serious eBay members only, PLEASE!! As you can see per my feedback I don't play games so extend me the same courtesy. There's a $500.00 deposit due within 24 hours, so make sure this is what you want before bidding, and that your financials are in order too! I gladly accept deposits through Pay Pal, but can't not accept balance through Pay Pal because in order for the seller to be protected, one has to provide electronic tracking typically done when shipping items via UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. So logically, a vehicle can't be shipped using the required electronic system because a it can't be placed inside a box nor an envelope! I thank you for your understanding. Personal checks once cleared, bank transfer, cashier's check, or cash!I will be glad to assist with shipping arrangements and can even refer you to a trusted transportation company that I personally use, but all costs are buyer's responsibility. No Warranties whatsoever, sold as is. If you are going to need more than 7 days to collect the vehicle let me know in advance so that I can coordinate things with the owner. Know that I always try to be as accommodating as much as I can, but communication is the key! I have the right to end listing before the end of auction if sold locally, which is very unlikely but I have to mention it. Feel free to contact me with any questions via email or at 727.522.2531 TO MEMBERS: I am not a dealer, I provide a service to individuals in need of listing their particular vehicles unless stated above. Most of the people that I list for; don't know how to use a computer, don't have the time, and/or don't want the aggravation. I do not take possession of the vehicle nor the title, I just list for them. It's important to express that I just don't list anybody, I check all paperwork, examine items, and test them myself including driving them if applicable. If I don't feel comfortable with the item, or individual I will pass on the opportunity! I consider myself mechanically inclined, and have a very good eye for paint finish, bodywork, etc, for I used to work for a restoration shop back in my days while attending college! Satisfied eBay members is the most important part of any listing transaction that I make. As much as one tries to best describe or list issues about any particular vehicle, it's impossible to account for all possible things that can go wrong with a machinery. It will probably be a good idea to have the vehicle inspected before the end of auction to be 100% sure. Know that I will always try to list as accurate as possible in order to avoid unnecessary issues. Of course it's always challenging to satisfy all members all the time, but I will try to do my best in continuing enjoying my current feedback status with your help! So, bid with confidence and contact me with any questions!
