No bids will be allowed from bidders that have ( 5 ) or less feedbacks. Alot of car guys would like to find that rare muscle car or that old drag car that was raced but only a few come across a car that was once owned by a famous drag racer as his personal car that he took to local car shows and cruises. ..............................Here is just one of those cars. This car was formerly owned by Tom Sneden, driver of the factory lightweight drag car that was sponsored by Bob Banning Dodge which was named "Bounty Hunters". ............................................ It came originally with a 383 motor and now has: 600+ HP 512 Cubic Inch Max Wedge ENGINE ... 1968 industrial R/RB block bored and stroked to 512 CI/600+hp (440source kit). ... 1963/64 Max Wedge (MW) heads (4 bolt valve covers) with MOPAR Performance (MP) .590 flat tappet cam ... MW cross ram intake manifold with Edelbrock carbs. ... Ignition is control by a Mallroy Unilite distributor and MSD-6AL control box. ... The engine is mounted with a motor plate and 1/2" fuel lines with a Holley blue fuel pump. ... Engine cooled by OEM 3 core radiator and high volume aluminum water pump. ... Exhaust handled by TTI 2" headers and 3.5" pipes to flow master mufflers, system ending at rear axle. TRANSMISSION ... Auto 727 Transmission with 9" stall convertor (4500rpm) ... reverse manual valve body and column shift. ... Transmission has just been completely rebuilt with only around 60 miles. REAREND ... Dana 60 rear with 4:56 gears ... MP Super Stock springs which have been moved inward ... This car has the original wheel wells which have NOT been altered of tubbed out. ... coil over shocks ... frame tied ... 15 x 8 steel wheels. EXTERIOR/BODY ... The body is solid and the paint is good as it was painted around 12 years ago and garage kept. ... Floor pans are complete original and in good shape. ... Original appearing trunk, with factory wheel wells remaining, battery re-located to the trunk with MP/Direct Connection battery box kit. ... Dealership metal tag from Essex Dodge Baltimore, MD still intact. INTERIOR ... Styled after the A990 cars with A100 lightweight bucket seats on aluminum seat rails ... rear seat removed, carpeted plywood separating trunk of interior compartment. I personally met Tom Sneden at the York30 drag Car Reunion at the York Fairgronds just a few months ago. He told me that he had owned this car for around 5 years and did not drag race it ...but took it to local shows and cruises. I am including with this car ... the shirt that he signed ........and the Book "Maximum Performance" that he also signed. Here is your chance to get a piece of history..... and then go Nostalgia Drag racing or drive it to local car shows and have the baddest mopar there. For more info or questions call .............. 757-871-6799 Car to be paid in full prior to it being picked up. Good luck ....and remember to call if you have questions.
