Vehicle Detail

Running driving short bed sport custom with no reserve. Here is a 1970 F-100 short bed sport custom that I recently purchased along with another , and decided to keep only one. The previous owner was driving it everyday to work and around town. I was told it had a later model / rebuilt? 302 in it, which looks to be correct and runs out great with plenty of power. It has a weiand intake manifold with a 4 barrel Holley carburetor. Brand new radiator, fuel pump, recent tune up, battery, alternator etc.... Truck has a a stock 3 speed manual transmission on the column that shifts good with no hang ups. No power steering or power brakes. I would recommend replacing the front coil springs due to previous owner wanting to lower the truck, and install factory steering wheel(which comes with truck). Truck starts every time, idols fine, brakes work, E brake holds, and radio works. Headlights, tail lights, turn signals, wipers all work. Decent tires. Previous owner installed a couple gauges under the dash for oil pressure, battery, temp. It does have some rust through in the normal areas for these trucks(bottom of doors, few places in bed etc). But as you can see from the pictures not bad at all. The body is actually fairly straight for the age of the truck. Inside the bed is very straight including wheel tubs!! top of cab and most of the sheet metal is very straight. Passenger door has a little damage on the edge nearest to fender. Door still operates and looks fine though. Grill looks worse in the picture due to over spray from previous owner. Both front and rear bumpers are very straight. All the glass is nice with no cracks. Has a sliding back glass. All the chrome goes with the truck, which is still in great shape. Previous owner removed chrome from the truck to start with a paint job, but instead painted green to protect??. As you can see from above I have been as honest as possible about the truck. This truck you can drive as is and tinker as you go.Winning bidder means you bought the truck, so only bid if you plan on paying please. If you have been waiting on a short bed for a great price , this may be the one for you. Truck sold as is . Good luck!! If you have questions ask. THIS TRUCK IS A GEORGIA TRUCK WHICH MEANS I DO NOT HAVE A TITLE , NOR DO THEY ISSUE TITLES FOR THIS YEAR. TRUCK WILL BE SOLD WITH A BILL OF SALE, JUST LIKE MOST ALL GEORGIA CLASSIC CARS AND TRUCK. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO NEED A TITLE YOU CAN GET ONE.
