Up for auction is a 1978 Datsun 280z coupe 2 door this car has a fuel injected inline 6 cly, 4 speed manual trans, new tires, new starter. This is my daughters car, she now has a truck so this sits in my yard taking up space that I need. There is a problem with the heater, the fan works but doesn't blow hot air, the brakes work but need either to be bled or a new master cyl( it pumps up, but doesn't stay hard) The engine runs great - no oil or water leaks could use a tune up( plugs etc) I start the car at least once a month and run it for about a half hour to keep everything lubed up.The trans works fine , no clutch issues or rear end problems that i can tell. The pictures do show some body damage, the hood, front fenders have some damage ( car backed into her) doesn"t interfere with the driving of the car, the hood opens and closes fine..The interior is in pretty good shape for its age,I installed a new factory ignition switch, the old one had the key broke off in it. All the lights work, no electrical problems that I know of.
