Vehicle Detail

1975 International Scout II Up for auction is a beautiful 1975 International Scout II. I purchased this Scout from original owners. It has always been well maintained and is in great shape with many new parts. Odometer reads 57700 miles but most likely has 157700 Specs: · 1975 International Scout II · Original 345 V8 · Original Holly 2bbl · Original TF727 transmission · Dana 44 front and rear axles · Dana 20 2 speed transfer case · Custom front and rear bumper · Custom receiver hitch (removable, not welded to frame as some others I’ve seen) The Scout runs and drives great and is extremely reliable. It does not have factory AC but the heater works great. New parts this year: · Ring and Pinon gears front and back · New Spider gears front and back · Complete axle rebuilds with the new gears, including hubs, u-joints, bearings · New Tom Woods front drive shaft · Rebuilt rear drive shaft (balanced, new yoke and u joints · Front rotors machined · New front brake pads · New shifter shaft seal on transmission · Bottom end rebuild including new main and rod bearings, new oil pump. Also has a new brake master cylinder and new brake lines front and back to accomodoate for the taller suspension. New in the last 18 months · New Rough Country 3” lift including shocks and leaf springs · New Daystar rear shackles · New 31x10.50 mud claw mud terrain tires (4) · Remanufactured steering gear box installed · New fuel sending unit I also have a small can of the blue paint that was used when it was re-done for any touch ups or re-spraying, and some other misc. scout parts. This scout drives great and the steering is nice and tight. It’ll go anywhere and is great in the snow. There are a couple of rust spots on the Scout and the clear coat has chipped on a small spot on the hood which you can see in the pictures. The paint is not perfect but it is still nice. There’s also some paint chipping on the front bumper and on the tailgate, also visible in the pictures. The driver’s side door lock cylinder broke so I took it out and have not replaced it. The latch and lock work perfectly though. The transmission pan and oil pan also have slight leaks. Please feel free to contact me for a test drive. It runs and drives great, you won’t be disappointed. AUCTION TERMS – $500 PAYPAL DEPOSIT DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION END WITH BALANCE DUE IN CASH OR CASHIERS CHECK FROM REPUTABLE US BANKS ONLY.
