1972 Datsun 240Z Better than restored – beautiful original condition - Survivor – stock I have been collection super clean and original sports cars over the last 20 years. There are only a couple I actually drive. The rest of the collections sits stored and unused in a heated warehouse. I have decided to sell off a large group of these cars, trucks and motorcycles. This one is special. It is the car of my childhood. Same color and year 240Z I owned when I was 16. So when I found this car a few years ago through some friends I had to have it. Today I have filled that need for a 240Z and there she sits. Why the 240Z? Simply because I rarely drive her and she just sits and sits in dry storage. She is, an original southern California one owner, for previous 38 years. I am the second owner for the last 2 years. She comes with books, many records, a journal, extra parts, and a clear & open title. Not rebuilt, not put back together. This one is special. Looks, runs & drives like a 240Z should. Previous owner took unreal care of it. The beautiful wire wheels and tires are a total upgraded to the top of the line world famous "Daytona Wire Rims" and new tires.They look Concourse perfect! I think I still have the original steel wheels and caps. Only ~40,000 miles and it shows. Rare color: She is the factory original color 112 Yellow; better known as “Lime”. Full restoration repaint completed 5 years ago. DuPont Chrome life time paint in base coat clear coat. She has been repainted once, a full restoration repaint to original color five years ago. Beautiful paint, all metal rust/rot free body, Southern California Z. Adult owned and maintained to a high degree. Always serviced and continually top condition.
