This car is a steal at this price as it lists in Kelley Blue Book for well over $12K as is. It is a 2000 Mercedes Benz SL500 Designo Series. Very hard to find and nearly impossible to find at such an incredibly low price to sell. I am the 3rd owner of the vehicle and it has been well maintenanced. All mechanics are in great working shape. The rag top needs replaced as it has been weathered, there is 3 very minor dings that are noticeable because of the color with the exception of a ding about the size of a quarter on the hard top. There is no rust, normal wear on the leather seats but no rips or stains. Interior in great shape, multi-disc changer in trunk of car. The rims are chrome and there is pitting on 3 of them. The engine light is on due to the fuel sensor being so extremely sensitive that any fluctuation will cause the light to come on. According to the dealership mechanic, this is not a major issue as long as the car runs smoothly and no misses. The car runs great. The original car sticker is in the car that lists it at nearly $90K when brand new. I am selling the car because I do not need the vehicle so my loss in price is definitely your gain.
