Vehicle Detail

Beautiful and Reliable. Starts on the first kick. Low mileage and in great shape. Lots of new parts. Thank you for taking a look at my 1972 Honda CT90/ Trail 90. This is a great bike, its fun to drive, gets amazing gas mileage and is easy to drive. If you know these models, you know how hearty and reliable they are- for those of you that don't, allow me to list and explain some of the great features. NEW ITEMS Brake Pads Fork Boots Left and Right Mirrors Seat Cover Rebuilt Carburetor Hand Grips Tire Tubes Bike has "Like New" tires with less than 30 miles on them. COOL FEATURES Clutchless Dual Transmission. Some of you might be saying, what the heck is a clutchless dual transmission? Well, to start off, "Clutchless" means that unlike a regular motorcycle, this bike was made by Honda without a clutch handle on the left handle bar. There is no clutch! All you do to shift is lower your RPM's and change gears. Consequently, this is a very easy motorcycle to drive and is the perfect motorcycle to LEARN how to drive a motorcycle. It has a "dual" 8 speed transmission- "Dual" means it has 4 low gears and 4 high gears. In high gear, this bike will do 50 mph with me on it (I weigh 225 pounds), in low gear this bike will climb a tree (not literally- the 4 low gears are designed for trail riding in difficult terrain). Excellent Gas Mileage. I average just over 60mpg. Bike also comes with an extra gas tank, in case you are out riding and the main tank runs out. Bike is not perfect- the sheath on the front brake cable is weathered (cable and brakes work perfectly, only the cover to the cable is discolored from the sun). There are a few scratches here and there, there is some pitting on some of the chrome. I recently took most of the bike apart , cleaned and lubed it up, replaced a lot of little parts, and put it back together. It runs and looks great and needs nothing to be put on the road. Have questions? Please ask. I have tried to disclose everything possible about this bike but if I missed something, please send me an email and I will be glad to answer your questions. Thanks and happy bidding!
