Up for Auction is this 1965 Mustang Fastback ! Shelby GT350 Tribute This Mustang is almost done a complete restoration ! About 5 years ago I bought this Mustang Fastback on ebay. I replaced the floorpans, quarter panels, cowl repair, and trunk floor. These have been professionally welded in place and look great now. We just finished a brand new paint job on the car with PPG base with several coats of clear. Then this has been colorsanded and buffed. This is a show quality work. The paint job is as smooth as glass now. It is super straight, rust free and looks fantastic ! Stock Wimbleton White with Guardsman Blue stripes. The side stripes are included but I just have not put them on yet. They are new in the box. Next we installed a brand new headliner and all new interior including New dash pad, carpet, door panels, armrest, instrument bezel and Shelby rear package tray. All the upholstery redone by a local shop that does excellent work. All new weatherstrip and soft trim installed. All the chrome is new inside and out. The suspension is all brand new and we lowered the front control arms 1 inch just like Shelby did. New gas tank. Note: The 17" torque thrust II wheels are not included, they belong to another Mustang. I will be included some American racing bullit hole alum. wheels and tires on the car. My plans we to put 15" traditional torque thrust when I finished the car.... but I will just let someone else decide at this point. For the BUY IT NOW PRICE ONLY: I will include a complete freshly rebuilt 289 V8 with a mild Cam and alum. 4V intake and carb. AND a 4spd transmission. NOTE: These items are ONLY included with the buy it now price ! This would pretty much complete the restoration on the car. I could set the engine in the car for shipping. I can tell you first hand that you couldn't buy a fastback project, buy all the parts, do the rust repairs, repaint the car to this level, new interior, new suspension, rebuilt engine, etc, etc... for $18K ! My loss is your gain on this one. I just have too many cars. This is a great car for the money. A deposit of $1000 is due within 48 hours of the ending of the auction. And the balance within 7 days. PLEASE do not bid you don't have the money or serious about following through with the purchase. It's pretty simple..., just treat people the same way you want to be treated ! I know times are tough and I willing to let someone pay the car out over a 60 day period with no interest however, the car doesn't leave until it paid in full. I would require $5,000 down and then payment in full within 60 days or less. I can store the car up to 3 months free if its paid for. However it will be outside !
