Vehicle Detail
2002 B4C Chevrolet Pursuit Package Camaro Hello, I have up for auction my 2002 B4C Camaro. This car was in the Florida Highway Patrol fleet. It was unit 0383 stationed in Bravard County, Florida. I spoke with the Trooper that drove this Camaro. He informed me the first year he drove it, he arrested 122 DUI'S and received an award from MADD. Thats a lot of DUI's!! The Trooper explained to me that the Florida Highway Patrol spared no expense when it came to maintaining these Camaro's. He told me a local news station did and interview with him and this Camaro. See video! This Camaro has the LS1 V8 Automatic. These are the fastest production police cars ever made at 162 mph tested by the Michigan State Police. My research has showed a true horsepower at over 400. I learned that the FHP had also programmed these cars to be a little more aggressive than the factory B4C ECM program. I had the Chevrolet Pursuit Package badging and stripes added along with having the roof professionally repainted. I added a non-funtional antenna to complete the look. It has new tires and C6 Corvette rims on the car now. The winner will also receive the factory rims and tires. This car is crazy fast and very collectable. GM restricted the sale of the cars to the general public. It is one of the most collectable Chevy cars produced. The car drives great down the road. I put a new set of rotors and pads on the front. There is no knocks, pings, leaks etc. It does have BBK long tube headers with an off road Y pipe that dumps into a nice deep tone muffler. It would be easy to through a factory exhaust back on it. I was wanting to complete the exhaust resto but will let the next collector decide. The interior is great for a retired Highway Patrol car. There are wholes on the console but it adds to the collect ability of it. I would not be afraid to drive this car coast to coast. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. The car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to ended the auction early.
