Vehicle Detail
Totally Original True Survivor with only 26,500 original miles Automatic, power steering, power disc brakes, tilt steering wheel, and cruise control. NO AC Truck runs Great It is a 3/4 Ton 8 Lug wheels Still has biased ply tires on it It has original paint and interior Comes with original cap for rear AM/FM Radio 2 Tone Paint White and Green It is a 318 Engine 2 Barrel carburetor Totally Rust Free Here are a few additional things to know about the truck: As for these questions here is what my brother has advised about the truck: 1-The wipers are not currently working. They need to be hooked up to motor. The motor works but need bushings for transmission arm. 2-The valve cover has a small seepage. It appears to be original gaskets. 3-No leaks that need to be addressed just tiny seepage at the intake to the motor at the thermostat housing area. 4-Yes it idles smoothly after warmup. 5- the hydraulic lifters are nice and tight no noise -motor is tight. 6-Does the transmission have any delay going into Drive or Reverse from Park and/or Neutral? Only when it sits for long period of time. When temperature is freezing out and truck sits for weeks it a bit slower going into reverse or drive until it warms up then the seals warm up. No clunks at all. 7-Previous owner put in an exhaust years ago. 8-Brakes feel good new master and new cylinder was installed 2 years ago. 9- While driving, is the front end ''tight'' or is there any kind of loose/sloppy feel to it? Front end is Tight. Shocks are good not rotted. Truck rides nice and tight no squeaks. I also want to point out a few more things: The truck when it was brand new was zbarded(not sure if i am spelling this right) its the undercoating, from the dealership. It has no holes There are minimal scratches on right rear quarter panel but no rust After purchasing the truck the rear brake cylinders were replaced from old age, a new master cylinder was replaced at same time from age so brakes are good A new thermostat was put in and gas tank was removed and cleaned and double filters were installed Please ask all questions before bidding Vehicle is located in New Jersey You can also call me with any questions at 480-980-2442 Chris
