Vehicle Detail
1152x882 Hello all,This ride is nothing short of stunning & the pipes sound like nothing you have ever heard before, deep, throaty, and raw. I bought this 1998 Valkyrie in 2005 with 29,300 miles and meticulously maintained it. Oil, filters, every 3000 with Mobil 1 synthetic. Pulled rear tire and installed fresh moly and O rings every winter. No blems. Never down. The modifications were started in 2008 and completed in 2010. I have modified her to the max, to the tune of $ 26,000 (without the cost of the bike) and 3600 hours. From the front moving to the rear. Front Fender Chrome V Trim, Chrome Caliper Covers (Kury) Chrome Flame Fork Covers (backlight orange LED’s), Blue LED’s mounted on either side of front wheel, New Brakes with Chrome Caliper Covers, String of Blue LED’s under bottom tree, Customer Chrome Flat 6 Radiator Cover Blue LED’s Backlight., New Side Radiator Covers, Chrome Cap Cover, Chrome Dip Stock and Oil Cap, Kewl Metal Fat Forks on lowers. Custom Light Bar with Fog Lights. New Progressive Fork Springs & seals, Chrome Triple Trees (Kewl Metal), Hoppe Fairing (Custom Two Tone Paint with inset stripe & Front Fender Paint -Honda Color Match), Moving up the Faring -HD Chrome Windshield Trim (Backlight Blue Leds), Custom Wide Clearview Windshield, HD 6 ½” Pull back risers- Lengthened both stock harnesses by 6” 1st bound the wires, silver soldered, then double shrink wrapped with Teflon shrink wrap, While we are on the subject of wiring all the wiring done on this machine were done the same way, bound, silver soldered, then double shrink wrapped with Teflon Shrink Tubing) My work ethic is do it once and make it last forever. Motosen’s Voltage, Water & Oil pressure gauges (backlight Blue LEDs), Matching Blue LED’s bulbs for the stock Speedo and Tach. ( I said matching, after going through 4 different sets of bulbs. (yes I am including spares) Custom Chrome & Clutch Resevoirs topped with Kury Switch Banks on both sides. Separate switches for LED’s Fog Lights, & GPS. Chrome Brake & Clutch Levers. Kury Chrome Grips with Kewl Metal Helmet Holder Ends. Twin Rivco Chrome Air Horns with New Compressor (2012), Baker Air Wings, and the GPS. Inside Faring- 4 Chip Foose ARC Audio Speakers.Custom Studded Leather Tank Bib with hardwired remote to the complete audio system in the lower half of the trunk, AM/FM, CD and IPOD. Moving down under the tank, an abundance of LED’s Down & back lighting the entire engine in Blue. The six chrome Tube toppers are wire for LED Fire, set off sequentially, (It actually looks like flames going off in the tube toppers.) (Separate switch under the key switch) Complete engine is chromed out with every possible chrome piece. This engine is very hard on the eyes in the sun, unless you are wearing great sunglasses. Kury Chrome Fold up Hiway Pegs. Installed a 2 ½ gallon Aluminum Gas Belly Tank underneath with a fuel pump feed, giving her an 8 gallon capacity with a 300 mile range. Also, Blue LED lighting on each side. Stainless Brake, Clutch, Speedo Lines. Braid covers for all exposed hoses and Wires. Stainless Steel throttle cables. Engine Mods: Carb Jet Kit (balance of the kit goes with the bike), Electrical Dyna Ignition Module with 10 settings. New U joint, Propeller shaft & Hub ( I like her tight) New Clutch Fluid, Brake Fluid. Side covers Leather studded to match the theme. Seats Big Boy manufactured by Ultimate Seats in Canada. Black Leather, Studded with Ostrich Inlay to match HD Screaming Eagle Leather Trunk. Blinker buddy vibrator built into the seat. Blue Led down lighting under seat rims. Ostrich Inlay Backrest with matching Passenger seat. Under the seat behind the battery compartment is an auxiliary Fuse Panel with relays for audio accessories. Grab Rails for matching passenger seat. Also, New HD Progressive Shocks. Polk Audio passenger speakers HD Road King Side Bags (studded, they don’t come with studs, Custom Hanging Brackets and back light with Blue LED’s High and Low for Maximum Blue on upper chrome and Exhaust Pipes. Screaming Eagle HD Trunk (studded, it doesn’t come that way), wired for audio, Under wired for extra bright brake light intensity and Blue Led Down lighting underneath the trunk all the way around to light up all of the chrome on the rear. Also, installed Blue LED Marker Lights. Mounting for the trunk are 2 Valkyrie Interstate Rails, with Road King Trunk Mounts through bolted. PS: Under each arm of the side passenger supports of the trunk are volume controls front & back to balance the ARC Audio KS125 Amplifer in the Trunk. The tunes can be heard over the open pipes up to about 70 mph. Pipes: The original Two Brothers racing pipes 6 into 6. The inner tubes were sand blasted, as well as the front outer just ahead of the weld seam. The fronts of all 6 pipes are ceramic coated and polished. Exhaust exits quicker and there is no no blueing. They look like the day I had them coated in 2009. Rear Blinkers are 2 color LED’s with Yellow Blinker Rings and Red Running and Bright Brake lights. Rear Fender Skirt, and yes a 205-60 R16 Falken Car Tire. (Hard braking in the rain, riding 2 up, tracked straight and true) 2 new Tires go with the bike, 205-65 R16 Michelin Triple Tread and a New Front Tire. The only reason I am selling my bike, is a new found obsession with boating. I have gone through the motions of 2 years of storage, oil changes, and polishing, only to have her sit under cover. Maybe 2 short rides a season. Covers: Includes 1 full cover, waterproof covers for the seats (from Ultimate), and 2 zippered Cordura travel bags for the Leather Road King side bags. Chrome Kick Shifter, and Cobra Foot Boards, Kury Passenger Pegs. I've ridden 2 up for 1400 miles in 10 days in total comfort. No sore butt or back. this Valkyrie is a head turner and a show winner. No matter where I ride she gets serious looks. $ 1K deposit at end with the balance in 7 days. No shipping available. Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4
