Deposit & Payment

Winning bidder/Buy it now purchaser must send

$500 Non Refundible Deposit with in 24 hours of close of auction, in the form of either direct wire transfer, or check/money order drawn on a United States bank within 24 Hours of the end of the auction plus applicable fees and taxes.The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.

Please make sure if financing your vehicle! That your financial institution accepts the model year and miles of this vehicle prior to bidding.

Title

To Process title will take a Minimum of 3 Business Days after Final Payment.

We purchase vehicles with titles held by lending institutions

(IE: BMW FINANCIAL) Georgia law provides up to thirty days for these institutions to release titles to us.We hold titles to a select few our vehicles.

Out of State buyers that wish to leave with title in hand, We will need a minimum of three business to process title after the vehicle is paid in full, no exceptions.

We are very flexible we have made different arrangements with many of our customers their banks and payments, we only asks that you discuss option with us prior to bidding. Georgia Law provides up to 30 days for title to be transfered.

Shipping

Buyer is Responsible for Pickup or Shipping of this Vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using your service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate multiple shippers by doing a search for http://www.uship.com We will assist in your search, we will help you all of the way to choose the best auto transport for your vehicle.

Customer Pickup

If you desire to fly in to Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and drive your vehicle back, we will provide airport transport to our location, for a fee. We will also help with any hotel arrangements that you may need to make.We are located in Newnan Ga the Marriott Spring Hill Suites and The Jameson Inn are located within minutes from us.

International Buyers

International bidders must pay via wire Transfer.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are Not Included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

This will cover Title Transfer, Temporary Drive Out 30 Day Tag and all documentation required through the state of Georgia.

This fee is non negotiable these are real fees that we must pay.

We are reqired by the state of Georgia to collect your states sales tax depending on your state.

Out of state customers will be responsible for sales tax in your home state.

Providing the state of Georgia does not require us to collect for. (your state of residence)

Customers that come pick up the vehicle will have to show proof of residency.

Drive out customer will have to pay your state taxes before delivery. Customers shipping vehicle will pay tax at the time of title transfer.

Customers in Georgia will be responsible for GA sales tax depending on your county.
