Supercharged 1996 Ford Mustang Saleen S281 Speedster Convertible Custom Painted an Awesome BLUE!!!!! This cars got lots of Extras! This is an absolutely beautiful car! It is S281 #236 and it has an aftermarket Vortech Supercharger on it! It runs real nice and is in beautiful condition! The vehicle is fully loaded and is a convertible with the Speedster tonneau Cover and Roll bar. The Black convertible top is in Like New condition being that it was replaced with a new one and is never up! The car is always garaged with the top down and the speedster cap on. It's only driven on nice days! No accidents with this vehicle! Check the Report! Clean carfax. The paint is very vibrant and beautiful and has no dents on the car. It has Recaro seats and the front brakes have been replaced with a Brembo braking system with Black Calipers and slotted rotors! Upgraded to a S351 Spoiler because I like the look better and the car also has the Reverse Induction Hood! Tires have GREAT tread and life still on them. This car is barely driven. I actually bought this car a couple years ago from the original owner and sold it to get a mortgage on my first house. I got situated in my home and got in touch with the guy I sold it to and asked him if he'd consider selling it back to me and he let me to make room in his garage! I now have changed jobs and need to relocate so I need to get a second mortgage and I'm not getting approved for it without selling this car :( So now I have to sell it again. I guess it's just not meant to be for me right now. It has the pro 5.0 short stick and aftermarket knob. Custom double din dash install with a Kenwood DVD/CD DDX512 with custom Ipod/Iphone hook up which is hidden in the ashtray. Real stealth install and looks and sounds great! I removed the original Borla Exhaust from the vehicle and put a 3" Flowmaster exhaust system with an offroad H pipe when I owned it the first time. I know Borla made a little more power but I feel you can't beat the sound of Flowmaster exhaust on a Mustang. It sounds great and theirs a real nice whine from the supercharger. Upgraded headlights are on the vehicle and custom SEQUENTIAL Taillights from American Muscle are installed on the car which look awesome! Go to their website to check those out. The only engine mods on this vehicle besides the Vortech supercharger are it has the PI Heads and PI Intake Manifold which helped give it a nice increase in power. Their is a ZEX Nitrous kit that was installed from the original owner but it was never used by myself and I actually unhooked the wiring in the dash. The bottle in the trunk is empty. I just replaced the alternator and battery both so won't have to worry about that for awhile either. Their is actually Cobra emblems on each side which you can see in the pictures..the original owner put those on but this is not a Cobra Saleen. It is a Saleen and is #236 and you can verify with Saleen themselves before bidding. 100% Real Saleen. Original color of this vehicle was red by the way. I really hate to sell this beautiful car but it has to go due to circumstances out of my control. It gets compliments and thumbs up EVERYWHERE it goes!!! No one can believe it's a 96 with it's condition the way it is! Being that the car is a 1996, I will be selling the vehicle AS IS with no warranty but will be happy to let you check it out..and if across country I would consider transporting the vehicle at buyer's cost but maybe could send video to avoid a cross country flight. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE and HAPPY BIDDING!!!!! **The only issues this car has is on the Driver's side door SILL(Second to last picture) there is a scrape on the sill which is unseen when the door is closed and easily touched up (Last picture). The Driver's side seat has some decent wear which I took a picture of as well(Picture is on auction to show). Passenger side is in great condition. Lastly the driver's side seat bracket might need to be fixed or replaced which is easily replaceable from any junkyard or ebay for $50.
