Vehicle Detail
This is my GS 1150 Adventure. It has taken me across the US many times and I love it but I am thinning the herd a bit. Absolutely reliable and hate to see it go (possibly). I have done many upgrades which I will try and mention here. ** FEEL FREE TO CALL ME WITH QUESTIONS**786 256 2868 (as long as you are not in Nigeria (nothing against Nigerians just US buyers only please). This is the good the bad and the ugly; THE GOOD;The bikes is fast and has a great sound. Fires up every-time no matter the temps (I have been some cold and some hot places and always does great).I am a fanatic about fluid changes so the oil has always been synthetic and always at 3K (which is overkill good). Bitubo adjustable front shock,Ohlin rear adjustable shock,Brand new Bridgestone TW 152 Trail Rear (what the 1200's come with)Brand new Bridgestone TW101 Trail FrontTouratech Oil cooler guard,Renthal Pro taper Fatbars and adapters,Jesse bags and mounts,Hella fog/driving/spot lights,New windshield about 1 year ago,All Quick Disconnects are the stainless and brass ones upgraded from the cheap plastic ones,Remus Exhaust,Remus Y pipe cat eliminator,Hyperlites on rear tail light,New mini-indicators rear to get hem out from sticking off of the rear fender area,Custom upholstered low seat with marine grade material in charcoal black that does not get so hot in he sun and is extremely durable,New starter installed this month,New battery installed this month,New oxygen sensor installed this month,New plugs installed this month.New clutch installed at about 65,000Pro Taper grips,Touratech Sump guard,Extra original stuff removed (fenders, mirrors, etc).Just had the complete full 65,000 mile service done in Denver (belts, fluids, etc). Fly into Miami, load the Jesse's and ride on...and on and on. THE BADThe front fork brace is grimey from rain. Look at it in the pictures, it does not effect he bike at all and can be bought on Eba for about 70 bucks or maybe just sprayed black. The heated grips are not on the bike but I have them and they work fine. The Jesse Bags are included but THE TOP BOX IS NOT INCLUDED, (sorry I use that 1 box on all my bikes, I just switch it from bike to bike and it's a sentimental thing I guess) All original manuals and work receipts.
