1975 Lamborghini Urraco Super-rare Mid-engine V8 2+2 Coupe' This Marcello Gandini (of Bertone) designed coupe is one of only 21 examples built for the U.S. market. It has a 2.5 Litre sohc V8, with the pollution controls having been removed. This stunning car is in great original condition and has 27,705 original miles on it. It is a rust-free car that spent most of its life in California. This car has been expertly maintained with no short-cuts taken. The driving experience is like no other, with an amazing sound coming from the engine behind you and precise mid-engine handling. It has good power, excellent throttle response, is gorgeous to look at, and is just plain fun to drive. The entire car has recently been gone over by a specialist. The carburetors were rebuilt as needed. The timing belt and the distributor drive belt were replaced. A new ignition coil and new plug wires were installed. All fluids have been changed. The car was expertly tuned and has never run better. The brake master cylinder was recently rebuilt and refitted. The original cooling fans were upgraded to modern high performance SPAL units. The original fans are included with the car. The original Campagnolo magnesium wheels are in excellent condition with hardly a flaw. The high performance Sumitomo HTR 200 tires have less than 900 miles on them. Left front Right front Left rear Right rear Within the last 1000 miles a lot of work has been done to the vehicle. A new clutch has been fitted, along with the crank main seal. The gearbox has been gone through and one synchrobody and two synchrorings were replaced. Having never been restored, this example shows its originality, including some flaws in the paint. There are a couple door dings, a couple cracks in the paint, a few bubbles in the paint on the nose, a small distortion near the driver's door hinge, fine hard to detect pitting in the clear-coat on the roof. Overall the car looks great, original, with a patina reflecting its low mileage and age. Car is uncomplicated and easy to work on. Everything on the car works except for two courtesy lights and the trip-odometer. The A/C compressor has been removed but comes with the car, along with the old pollution controls.
