It is a 2010 model year, which is the last model year of the E60 series. I have cared for and maintained this vehicle meticulously. It has been driven regularly on highways and country roads in suburban and rural areas, it has never been raced or used for any purpose other than normal driving and it has always been garaged in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. It has been maintained as directed by BMW, and I have all of the maintenance records. I am a non-smoker, have no pets and am the only driver of this car. The original factory warranty and free scheduled maintenance run through June 2013. The standard features of this car are listed on the window sticker, which is in the listing photos. The factory options are as follows (also listed on the window sticker): Platinum Gray Metallic Paint; Black Dakota Leather Interior; M Sport Package (19” Wheels, Performance Tires, Shadowline Trim, Comfort Seats with Lumbar Support, Sport Suspension, M Steering Wheel, Aerodynamic Package, Anthracite Headliner); iPod/USB Adapter; Navigation; HD Radio; Universal Garage Door Opener; Moonroof; Auto Dimming Side Mirrors; Auto Dimming Rear View Mirror; Ski Bag; Fold Down Rear Seats; Heated Front Seats; Park Distance Control; Xenon Headlights; Adaptive Light Control; BMW Assist; Satellite Radio (Sirius). In addition to the factory options, I have installed a speaker upgrade from Bavarian Sound Works (http://www.bavariansoundwerks.com/product/598/174/BMW-Speakers-Upgrade-5-Series-M5-E60-E61/). This upgrade is invisible as the speakers are plug and play replacements for the factory speakers. They sound fantastic and came at a cost of $550.00. This listing/sale also includes an extra set of FIVE 18” BBS wheels and Continental tires (one as a full sized spare which can be used with either set of wheels) for winter or all year round use. I purchased them for cold weather use and purchased five so that I would always have a full size spare handy. Photos are included in the listing and the details are as follows: Set of FIVE BBS CK style 18x8 bright silver wheels with mounted Continental Extreme Contact DWS All Season Tires, size 245/40ZR18, centering rings for E60 BMW, TPM Sensors, BBS center caps and mounting hardware for E60 BMW. I purchased this package from Tire Rack in April 2011 for approximately $3,200.00. The set has been used for approximately 3,500 miles and the tires have 9/32 tread depth remaining. The wheels and tires are in like new condition with no damage, curb rash or other blemishes. The car has a small number of cosmetic blemishes that I have photographed and circled in red in the listing photos. They are as follows: two small stone chips on the leading edge of the hood, two scratches on the rear bumper at the trunk opening, small curb rash on the right front wheel, small curb rash on the right rear wheel. Terms of the sale (in addition to those contained in the listing) are as follows: A deposit of $500 must be received within 1 day of the end of the auction, payment in full by bank check, wire transfer or cash must be made at the time of or in advance of pick up, buyer is responsible for pick-up of the vehicle and all included items, vehicle and all included items must be picked up within 7 days of the end of the auction, vehicle is being sold in as is condition with no actual or implied seller warranty of any kind (other than the remaining factory warranty, which is offered directly by BMW, not by the seller).
