Please note that the air bag light is on and the battery light comes on intermittently. The front cupholder and cassette player are inoperable. The CD player occasional skips. Also transmision goes into "Safe Mode" if driven hard when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear (see picture of fault code). Issue has occured 4 or 5 times in the last year. When driven "normal" from a stop, the transmission is fine. Transmission is also fine at freeway speeds under rapid accelaeration. Car had $700 of rear bumper damage in 2003, no structual damage (see picture of itemized repair). Even with the above items, this BMW 740i Sport is a true pleasure to drive. It looks like it's going fast even when it's standing still. With this car you WILL be noticed wheather you're driving down the freeway or just getting gas!!
