Up for bid is a nice 1995 Chevy K3500HD 4x4 Diesel dump truck with a snowplow. You don't see trucks like this too often and this one was definately set up right. It has central hydraulics which operate the dump bed and snowplow and there are auxilliary lines run for a salter or spreader. If you have only ever used an electric/hydraulic dump before, this one will definately spoil you. It goes right up and the hydraulics are very responsive and fast. This truck has low 81,000 miles and is just getting broke in. The 6.5 turbo diesel has plenty of power to move any amount of snow or haul/tow whatever you want. The 4x4 works well (light indicator is out) and the trans shifts smooth just like it should. The injectors and pump were recently replaced and it runs down the road at highway speeds comfortably. The exhaust is turbo back and is brand new and the batteries are Interstate and aren't very old either. New belts and hoses. Tires are 75% plus and the brakes work as they should also. Mechanically, this truck needs nothing, it starts right up and runs great. The body is in good condition and the only rust is on the front fenders as you can see in the pics. The rockers, floor boards and door bottoms are all solid. It was originally red but a long time ago someone painted it black and gold to match other trucks. The sides of the bed have some rust but are all structurally solid as well. The bed floor is also solid with no holes. The rear tailgate will fold down like a typical tailgate as well as hinge open from the bottom to spread. It has switches inside on the dash for powering the hydraulic pump, heated mirrors, plow lights (work as they should and automatically cancel headlights), and an auxilliary switch for a rotary light (not included). The A/C needs to be charged but the heat works great (important in a plow truck). The radio works and the interior is clean enough to eat off of. You won't find many work trucks with an interior this clean! I uploaded a video so you can see/hear the truck start up, drive forward, reverse, dump, and plow. The plow is a 90" Western and the blade is solid also. It plugs in via quick connects through the front bumper for the cental hydraulic system. The hoses and all the connections are all new. The cutting edge is decent and has at least a good season left in it. There is a heavy duty pintle hitch and 7 round plug on the back. I could have shot a quick coat of black paint on the bed and red paint on the plow like the car lots do but I wanted you to see the true condition of the truck. It is a very nice truck that is hard to find and would cost you $50,000 to duplicate new. I wouldn't hesitate to get in this and drive anywhere period.
