You are bidding on a 2006 Spice Red Jetta 2.5l 5 Speed Manual. The car has just under 240,000km on it.  The photographs show the vehicle in detail. It has some cosmetic damage to the trunk deck-lid, the bumper and the driver's side rear quarter-panel where I dropped my mountain bike onto it by accident, you are able to see the damage in the pictures.  There is no rust, and it is just dented.  Approximate repair cost from two independent body repair shops in Canada at around $1050 including Ontario HST at 13% This vehicle has been based in British Columbia where I bought it and has only been in Ontario since October 2011, so should not be affected by the winter salt, especially given the mild 2011/12 winter. Tires are Michelin and new with only one season on them -- 15,000km, and have been rotated and balanced according to the manufacturers requirements.  The vehicle has been maintained by VW throughout its life, and I have all maintenance receipts, as I have owned it from new.  All recall campaigns have been completed on the vehicle and it has new oxygen sensors on either side of the catalyst. It has passed its Ontario e-Test and Safety The vehicle has just had its B-service from VW, and has no technical issues that they have recorded. You can see the damage in the pictures.  THere is also a light scrape on the right rear corner of the bumper, you can see this in the pictures too.  This was left by someone in a parking lot in a hit and run when I was away from the car. All mechanicals work, vehicle has been maintained by VW since I bought it brand new in BC, interior is in excellent shape with no major wear on the seating surfaces, and boots surrounding the gear shifter etc.  The engine has already had its serpentine belt changed, all recall campaigns have been carried out by VW, front and rear oxygen sensors have already been changed, and it passed an e-test for Ontario in October 2011 and it not due one to 2013. Gas consumption on the freeway is around 7l/100km (33.6mpg) and in town about 9l/100km (26.1mpg) depending on your driving style.  The engine is punchy so it is tempting to fly away from stops, but obviously you pay for that at the pump :-) The vehicle has two remote key-fobs, both work, one is new as I did not use it, the other shows normal wear from 6+ years of use.  All original owners manuals, as well as OEM Monster Mats are included in the sale, and a full-size spare wheel, all tools and the safety lock for the allow wheel studs. Distinguishing Features The car is stock, has alloys (see pictures) a power slide and tilt sun roof, front and side airbags, abs, traction control.  Everything works. History of Ownership I bought this car brand new from Gold Key VW in White Rock BC in 2006. Shipping and Payment Shipping, collection and all fees to register the car in your name, including any taxes, safety and or emissions testing if you are taking this vehicle out of Ontario or out of Canada, licence and registration fees, insurance once you move it are for the buyers pocket.
