Turn signal end cap missing Small crack in speedometer plastic Engine Condition: Runs, BUT it has a thrown spark plug. This is common for the heads on these trucks, as there was a design flaw in the Ford castings. The threads have been repaired before & the plug threads cannot be repaired. Minimum - needs 1 cylinder head. It does run. but it is REALLY LOUD with one missing spark plug. As is with a missing spark plug, it CANNOT pass the CA smog test. Therefore, it is not currently registered. You may obtain a movement permit or trailer it. Therefore, it is being sold AS IS. Buyer assumes complete responsibility for registering and smog testing, regardless of any laws or statutes.
