I have this 1983 Cadillac El Dorado Barritz Coupe with Stainless Steel Top. This car has not run for 14 years, the woman that owned it died in 1997 and her son whom I bought it from kept the registration up till 2003, he didn't drive and nobody in the family wanted the car so it just set in front of his home till I bought it. I just paid for all the fees that were owed on it so it is up to date with clear title, I have the ownership pink slip in hand and it is currently Non Oped. I bought a new battery for it and installed it and the engine fired right up, the car has low miles on it, (Only 47,500) miles. The car has never been in a major accident. The car needs a paint job and rear top material needs replaced because of the car sitting in the sun for many years. The car needs new tires, and the front window was cracked from grey squirrels dropping nuts from a tree it was sitting under, The interior is near mint all Leather the rugs inside look almost new great headliner, No Rust anywhere. I bought this car to restore but really don't have the time or money. If you really want a very nice El Dorado to restore and drive in the mean time then this is it.
