This vehicle is being sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY!! The vehicle was a seizure of the Frederick County Sheriff's Office and is being sold "auction style" to conform with local laws regarding seizures. The auction is for local pickup only or buyer can arrange for delivery. The vehicle is a 2004 Cadillac CTS with a 5 speed manual transmission. The transmission grinds when down-shifting into second and third gear. It seems to run very well otherwise, but we are not mechanics and cannot attest to the condition of the car. Apparently it was salvaged at some point before we seized it so check the vehicle history report so you know what you are bidding on!! It had temporary tags on it when it was seized and did pass a Maryland inspection on January 27 of this year. The third brake light assembly was replaced along with marker light to pass the inspection. A new battery was also installed at that time. The vehicle had 82,182 miles on it at the time of inspection and now has 85,512 miles. It has automatic windows, door locks and seats. It is equipped with cruise control as well. There are some small scratches in the paint but is otherwise in good shape cosmetically. On the back of the car, the "S" is missing in the "CTS" model. It is also missing a rear hubcap. The interior roof of the car has a huge stain all over it. It looks like someone spilled coffee all over the ceiling. The back speaker is also out, however there is a BOSE speaker that was found in the car when it was seized that appears to go to the back speaker insert. The trunk has a "pass through" area where you can access the interior of the vehicle through it.
