Vehicle Detail
with much regret, i had the bronco sold for $6000 this summer... when the buyer was laid off from work, i let him out of the deal... it's ready for restoration or "tricking" out... took him on a 1200 mile road trip in 100+ degree weather last summer with no problems. awesome 4x4 with locking hubs...an absolute beast in the woods... custom roll bar... comes with a bikini top. 36K on a rebuilt... at least 85% left on the tires... there is some rust, none of it; "through"... the weld between window strut and driver's side door popped... has a 6000lb "warn winch" which i never had to use to get out of "tight" spots... (no cable, not sure if it the motor still works)... swing out spare tire mount... NOT an "oil burner"... no broken or cracked glass... the frame & body are solid!!!... fog lights & rear utility lights... there may or may not be a short somewhere which puts a very slow drain on the battery... odometer has turned over once... (trying to keep it real by telling you everything i know) this truck is in better shape than most unrestored broncos i've seen on ebay so if you are seriously interested, please email me with any other questions you might have. On Sep-26-12 at 06:39:41 PDT, seller added the following information: sorry the additional photos are posting a day later than i had told all of you who emailed me... (my server was down last night)... as you can see, i didn't powerwash or steam clean or armor all or blow dry the bronco to sell it.... there's a lot of road dirt.... it isn't show shiny... what it is is: A BEAST!!!! got me out of every tight spot i ever put us in... cold starts with one pull of the manual choke and one pump on the pedal... the engine is tight... he's been a good truck to me. On Sep-26-12 at 06:45:02 PDT, seller added the following information: NOTE: there was no short in the wiring... i put a new alternator in it yesterday and the battery is holding full charge... the worst rust spot (photo) is on the removable cap.On Sep-27-12 at 07:20:46 PDT, seller added the following information: i've gotten some prices on the couple of cosmetic issues in need of repair which i've emailed to those who asked... driver's side arm rest with screws: $49... driver's side door latch rod: $11.96, side mirror (which was stolen): $39.... pictures of driver's side will be posted tonight.
