You are looking at a 1945 GMC 1/2 ton long bed pickup. Government restrictions on civilian truck production were lifted midyear 1945. GMC began building a limited selection of "Victory" light trucks, basically carried over from 1942, without chrome trim. This an outstanding Kansas paster find from Greenleaf Kansas. The body is very rust free except for the front bed panel,very front bed floor and a little rust trough on passage door. Someone has welded a home made tire rack to the bed and bumper both can be removed very easley. I have all four of the orignal 16 inch wheels in that lovely green color. All fenders front and back have had tairs welded and are in good shape. The truck is missing most of the glass except for drivers side door which has bullet holes in it. The truck does have some Bonnie and Clide bullet holes in the passager side that give it caretor. The transmission is free but the motor is lockup. All the parts on the engine are there even the old horn. The front bumper has a factory assessery grille guard. NO TITLE JUST A BILL OF SALE. Dont let this one get away you just dont find trucks this nice any more. The running boards are the best set of orignal I have ever seen.
