Brand new Tires & alignment, Timing belt, timing belt tensioner, water pump, and spark plugs. Also the balance shafts have been removed/deleted and replaced with the stubby kit from AMS. Car was serviced at Mitsubishi and I have 35 pages of maintenance history. Clean carfax that is printed an available.
